| Responsibilities: |
Effectively manage the operational activities in the branch (Genoa City & Pell Lake), supervise branch operations staff, and ensure high level of quality customer service.
Manage and oversee branch operations staff including CSRs and
Personal Bankers.
Organize team atmosphere within branch that will encourage
positive morale, growth, and development among the employees
so that they may assume positions of greater responsibility
within the bank.
Provide cost efficient, continous service in branch with
consumer products and loans, referrals to other departments,
and cross-selling efforts.
Oversee and ensure optimal branch operations, efficiencies, and
staff levels in the branch.
Communicate information and/or changes to staff on regular
basis and hold monthly staff meetings.
Work with HR/Supervisor in performing the operational tasks
of compensation (salary and incentives), recruitment process,
performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, discipline, and
couseling as required.
Maintain professional level of communication between branch
and other departments of the bank. |
| Qualifications: |
Must have prior experience managing a Retail Bank Branch.
Proven leadership and management qualifications.
Working knowledge of teller operations, personal banking, and
lending.
Good written and verbal skills.
Sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of bank products and sales skills are a must.

| Job Summary: |
Work closely with the Director of Retail Operations in the
strategic planning, development, and implementation of goals
and vision for the entire Retail Operations Division, as well as
setting and achieving the retail operational goals set forth for the
branches within designated district.
Manage, develop, and coach Branch Managers within designated
district. Assist and guide Managers in developing their staff,
making sound business decisions, establishing effective operating
procedures, and ensuring all bank policies and legal requirements
are met.
Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained in the
primary branch and designated district. Ensure staff is
knowledgeable on all bank products and services, sales
opportunities are acted upon, and referrals to other business
lines are achieved as appropriate.
Organize team atmosphere and develop professional
communication across branch and department network.
Encourage positive morale and personal development to create
an atmosphere of service, cooperation, and success.
Effectively manage the operational activities of the primary
branch while also overseeing and/or providing direct service to
customers as it relates to consumer loans, new accounts, and
teller line.
In conjunction with the Facilities Manager, maintain the primary
branch facility and equipment and recommend cost effective
improvements that will enhance the customer experience. |
| Qualifications: |
10+ years related experience in branch operations (New
Accounts, Consumer Loans, Teller Line, Vault, ATM, etc.)
Experience managing multiple bank locations highly preferred.
Proven management and leadership skills; ability to guide and
motivate staff.
Relevant background and knowledge of bank products, policies,
and procedures is required.
Good judgment and good decision making skills necessary.
Strong communication, human relations, and customer service
skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to perform multiple duties and work under pressure. |

Schedule mortgage loan closings.
Prepare loan documents for closings.
Assemble and verify accuracy of loan documentation.
Interact with loan officers and loan processors.
Ensure closing packages are distributed in a timely manner.
Organize all loan information for closings.
Complete various assigned projects for the mortgage loan
processing department.

| Responsibilities: |
This position performs duties necessary to process and maintain loans and also performs various duties related to loans. Duties include and are not limited to:
Process and maintain new notes, renewals, payments, payoffs,
credit ratings.
Balance loan system and process and prepare reports/billings.
Upload new loans to host system, including related procedures.
Answer inquiries from customers, officers, and employees of the
bank in a friendly and professional manner.

Loan operations experience is a plus.
